Closed to the main sightseeing place in Kuressaare, the middle age castle with park; beach and the picturescue old gardenhouse streets. Green and quiet surrounding, no traffic, fresh air. Very suitable for families. 1O min walk to downtown.

27 spacious rooms with views to the castle and seaside. All rooms with TV and private bathroom (shower and toilet). Sauna in the house.

Staying at Staadioni, you are nearby to summer events which take place in the castle yard, at the beach, Tivoli place, stadium or tenniscourts at the door. You can walk the castle park, seaside, gardenhouse streets.

Right at the hoteldoor begins a bikeroad. On the bike you can reach most sightseeing places in the town, but also take a ride on the coastline out of town. We rent bikes.

SPORTS TOURISM HUB – STAADION HOTEL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The overall objective of this project is to enter the sports tourism market in Estonia, which is still characterized by limited supply, and to develop the Staadion Hotel into a full-service Sports Tourism Centre. This objective is supported by the location of the Staadion Hotel in the immediate vicinity of sports facilities (the city stadium, tennis centre, swimming pools) and health and recreational trails (pedestrian and cycling paths towards both Kuivastu and Sõrve, the city park).

Our investments are financed under the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The project runs until spring 2023. The total allocated grant amount is EUR 199 248.52.

BUSINESS SUPPLY SECURITY SUPPORT

STAADION HOTEL SOLAR PARK

The overall objective of the project is to increase the energy independence and operational reliability of the Staadion Hotel through the introduction of renewable energy production and energy storage solutions. The project also aims to contribute to environmental protection and sustainable development by reducing CO₂ emissions.

The project runs until spring 2026. The total allocated grant amount is EUR 47 148.50.
